Ryan Carr-Director

Ryan is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in business studies. His career in professional sales started right out of university and he has been focused on providing solutions for people ever since.

Knowing everyone needs and deserves a safe place to live, he has decided to focus his efforts on providing creative solutions to help individuals find a place they are happy to call home.

He is a firm believer in continually learning, becoming a Certified Public Speaker through Training Business Pros and improving his real estate investment knowledge through Robert Kiyosaki’s Legacy Education in an effort to better serve others.

It began with the purchase of a pre-construction condo in his hometown of Waterloo and now encompasses a portfolio of residential rental properties and rent-to-own deals across Canada. His journey continues to this day having recognized that there are many ways in which he can creatively help individuals through the vehicle of real estate investing, which he now practices as a large part of his career.

Shefali Katna-Director

Shefali is an Engineer having graduated from India and starting her career in the Textile Industry. She moved to Canada to continue her career in textiles and fashion. After gaining experience with many notable Canadian Apparel brands she chose to begin sharing her valuable knowledge as an independent consultant.

Having immigrated on her own to Canada she recognizes the struggle many can face in renting or buying a home.

Always having a curiousity about real estate investing, she chose to attend a real estate investing seminar by Robert Kiyosaki’s Legacy Education.

The journey began with the purchase of a pre-construction condo in Guelph, Ontario followed by a residential rental in her hometown of Waterloo. Her efforts have since branched out with rent-to-own deals across Canada.

She has continued her education in professional real estate courses and mentorship coming to recognize that there are many ways in which she can creatively help individuals through the vehicle of real estate investing. What began as a curiousity has now become a full time career in helping others.
